Culture and literature on Korčula will once again be at the centre of attention, with organisers announcing the XI. Petar Šegedin Days. This cultural event, dedicated to the prominent Croatian writer, will take place on 11 and 12 September, confirming the continuity and importance of this event in local cultural life.
The programme is designed to encompass multiple locations, aiming to reach the widest possible number of participants and visitors. In addition to the main town centre, the event will take place in other parts of the island, including Žrnovo and Orebić. This layout allows for a broader response from the local community, as well as visitors from other regions, who will have the opportunity to experience the rich cultural heritage associated with this event.
This approach allows cultural heritage, particularly that associated with Petar Šegedin, to be presented to the public in the broadest possible way, thereby contributing to the enrichment of the cultural offer on the island.
