The Queen of the Game is a layered and atmospheric adventure-psychological thriller whose protagonist is a young woman from Croatia, Lalita Vedani. In search of her own identity and happiness, Lalita travels to the British capital, where she is drawn into a dangerous and mysterious web of dirty games, secret societies, eccentric characters and a whirlwind of espionage. At the same time, she fights her own internal battle, confronting her fears, doubts and a mind that sabotages her, which she calls Hobsi.

The novel contains a mystical world of lucid dreaming and the awakening of hidden, creative talents, as well as a blend of literature, history and technology. Readers will enter the House of Writers with Lalita and, with the help of holograms, immerse themselves in the works of great literary masterpieces and visit the Art Theatre of Living Figures. The character of a pug named Blekija also appears in the novel.
