Members of the HVIDRA Virovitička-Podravska County Association of Associations won second place at the jubilee 30th All-Croatian Sports Competition for Home War Invalids (SŠNIDOR), held in Mali Lošinj. The county HVIDRA team collected a total of 156 points.

The Zagreb team took victory with 180 points, while third place went to the HVIDRA HVO Herzeg-Bosna team with 153 points. This placed the members of the county HVIDRA once again among the most successful teams at the competition.

In individual disciplines, the Virovitička-Podravska competitors achieved notable results. They won first place in suspended bowling, second in sport fishing, and third in shooting. These results ultimately contributed to the team's high overall point total.

The continuity of success is further confirmed by the fact that in the last eight editions of the competition, members of the county HVIDRA have finished on the winners' podium seven times, winning five silver and two bronze medals in the process.

On the occasion of this success, County Magistrate Igor Andrović held a formal reception for the successful competitors in the Great Council Chamber of Virovitička-Podravska County. During the reception, Križić, on behalf of the HVIDRA members, presented a symbolic gift bearing the association's logo to Magistrate Andrović as a thank you for the cooperation to date.

Virovitička-Podravska County has allocated €36,000 this year for 40 projects by veterans' associations, confirming the continuation of institutional support for the work of veterans' associations in the county.
