Croatian Railways Passenger Transport is conducting additional tenders to ensure passenger transport on key regional sections. The company selected a service provider for the Dugo Selo–Križevci route, for which a fleet of at least 30 buses is used. The contract for this route was signed for a period of one year.
In addition to the operator already selected, Croatian Railways Passenger Transport is currently conducting a tender for a provider on other routes. The company is seeking a provider for passenger transport by bus on the route between Križevci and Koprivnica, as well as on the Križevci–Sveti Ivan Žabno route. The estimated duration of the contract for these services is 12 months.
The estimated value of the procurement for the specified services is 47,600 euros, excluding value added tax. The technical specifications stipulate that the vehicle required is a mini-bus, which must have a capacity of at least 15 seats. The aim is to provide suitable vehicles for the specified lines.
These vehicles are intended to ensure the continuity of public transport in the Podravina region. The mini-buses are expected to operate on routes traditionally connecting Križevci with Koprivnica and Sveti Ivan Žabno, thereby complementing the existing regional transport network.
