Olga Pakalović and Vladimir Tintre have once again taken on the roles of Vesna and Aljoša Gotovac in the series Kumovi, five years after they first stepped in front of the cameras in those roles. The actors have returned to the start of the story, heralding the return of the series, which has grown into a genuine television phenomenon during its broadcast.

On the eve of the series' return, the actors had the opportunity to view their first joint rehearsal. During this, Vladimir Tintre recalled the details of his casting, revealing that the situation at the time was completely unexpected. When he entered the room for the audition, he had no idea who his acting partner would be.

Tintre had previously known Olga Pakalović only from sight, without an in-depth knowledge of her work. The decision to pair them up was made the moment he opened the door and saw Pakalović. Despite the lack of prior acquaintance, the chemistry between the two was evident almost immediately.

This immediate connection proved key to the authenticity of their characters, Vesna and Aljoša. The return to the starting points of the narrative allows viewers to once again experience the dynamic that made the series popular, while the actors, through retrospection, confirm the enduring value of their partnership.
