A new public space for physical activity is set to appear in the vicinity of Podbrežnica. The project involves the installation of exercise equipment, with a total of 12 different pieces of equipment planned. In addition to standard equipment, the project provides for social inclusion, as some of the equipment will be adapted to specific needs, including those for people with disabilities, thereby ensuring accessibility for all citizens regardless of physical ability.
In addition to sports equipment, the project includes aesthetic and ecological elements. The area will be greened with a variety of plants, including trees, shrubs, and manicured lawns, creating a pleasant microclimate and visually attractive environment. Special attention is paid to sustainability, with ecological elements such as birdhouses to be installed, contributing to the preservation of local biodiversity.
The infrastructure component of the project includes the installation of benches, allowing for relaxation after exercise or simply enjoying nature. In addition, bicycle stands are planned, promoting the use of eco-friendly transport to the location. For the purpose of maintaining cleanliness, a waste container will be placed at the site.
The final design is intended for all generations, from children to older citizens, encouraging active leisure. This project serves not only as a place for physical activity but also as a space for socialising and relaxation, contributing to the overall quality of life in the community. The layout of the path and equipment is designed to be functional and safe for all users, regardless of age or physical condition.
