The City of Sinj has announced its decision to select the most favourable bid in a public procurement procedure for the service of specialist supervision of works for additional investment in the IEC facility. With this act, the local administration has formally concluded the bid evaluation phase and identified the contractor who will take responsibility for the technical control of the planned interventions.

The procedure was conducted in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of the Regulation on the Implementation of Simple Procurement Procedures. The Regulation was published in the "Official Gazette of the City of Sinj" under number 9/25, thereby ensuring the legal framework for transparency and legality of the entire procurement process.

The entire procedure was designated as a simple procurement procedure, indicating the application of simplified procedures prescribed for procurements of a certain value or complexity. This legal framework enabled the City of Sinj to respond quickly and effectively to the need for construction supervision without entering into more complex public procurement procedures.

The subject of the procurement is defined as a specialist supervision service, which implies continuous monitoring and control of the execution of works to ensure compliance with the project, technical regulations and agreed deadlines. Specialist supervision is a key element for ensuring quality and safety during the implementation of additional investments.

The final decision on the selection of the most favourable bid was published to ensure the transparency of the procedure and to inform the wider public about the outcome of the tender. This publication represents the final step in the bidder selection phase, thereby paving the way for the conclusion of a contract and the commencement of works on site.
