The 20th edition of the traditional race was held in Mursko Središće, gathering participants from various generations. The event encompassed several categories, including the main 10-kilometre race, a shorter run for citizens, and a competition for the youngest participants.
In the 10-kilometre race, the men's competition was highly competitive. The fastest was Vedran Rešetar with a time of 39:21. The second place was taken by Nikola Pavčec with a time of 39:47, while third place went to Danijel Petrić with a time of 40:23.
In the women's division over the same distance, Mia Furdi took the victory with a time of 47:38. The second place was taken by Diana Novak with a time of 50:19, and third by Mirjana Furdi with a time of 51:09.
In addition to the main race, participants also competed in the 2.3-kilometer citizen race. In the men's division, first place was taken by Ivan Matković with a time of 7:30. Second place was taken by Karlo Jalušić with a time of 7:35, while third place was taken by Petar Ružić with a time of 7:50.
In the women's division, first place was taken by Gabriela Benjak with a time of 8:50. Second place was taken by Silvija Šebrek with a time of 9:19, and third by Klaudija Magdaleni with a time of 9:20.
In the children's race, among girls, first place was taken by Zora Deban, second by Stella Pintar, and third by Isabela Žvorc. Among boys, first place was taken by Abel Kozar, second by Lucas Gudlin, and third by Toni Hažić Šimunković.
The organizers thanked the Mursko Središće athletics club, volunteers, partners, and all those who participated in the organisation.
